December 2009

HMRC Liverpool recently held their Skills for Life celebration event at the central Liverpool office. HMRC has now successfully run four separate groups of learners since summer 2008. Over 150 qualifications have now been achieved by the staff at the central HMRC office. Learners have the opportunity to study up to Level 2 and gain nationally recognised City & Guilds Adult Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.

Branch Learning Coordinator, Andy Hannah, has worked tirelessly to establish and run these courses and spoke at the event of his gratitude and desire to continue working in partnership with Knowsley Community College.
